GLUTEN, DAIRY AND SUGAR FREE. WOWZER.
So, recently this page popped up in my Facebook newsfeed, Wholefood Simply. I looked it up and had a good look around. And, boy, am I glad I did. So much inspiration. So many great recipes I want to try out. The text and the stories that go with the recipes. So well written. So. So. So.
So, I’m a fan.
And especially of this carrot cake. I’ve tried a few different gluten free recipes recently, and let me tell you – they ain’t all good. So I was a little sceptical when I stared making this. I was still a little bit in doubt when I tasted the raw mix. And you know how muchI love cake mix.
Then it came out of the oven. And hello.
This is a super tasty, super moist, super good carrot and orange cake. And it was extremely easy to make.
The recipe is meant for a food processor, but it’s easy enough to adapt it slightly, if you, like me, don’t have a food processor. I used coconut butter/oil, rather than dairy butter, and I grated some RAW dark chocolate over the top. Yum alert, you guys.
