This week we had green curry. Oh we do like LOVE a green (or yellow or red) curry. This recipe and this picture from Thekitchn, with some adjustments. Nevertheless; this recipe comes together easily with a base of coconut milk and curry paste and basically with whatever veggies are at hand.
